About Natalia Elder
Natalia Elder was born in Brisbane, Australia. The eldest of three children, Natalia attended several schools until her parents settled in Brisbane, Australia and much to her delight, raised many pets - stray dogs & cats; tadpoles & fish from the local creek; and budgies, galahs & a coop full of pigeons.
Nicknamed, "The Bookworm" in High School, due to her nerdish behaviour, little did her friends know that, besides fairy tales, she'd never read a fictitious book from cover to cover! Natalia preferred reading Maths/ Science textbooks, but would rewrite her English essays up to five times to make them shine.
Years later, she wrote many dental health children's stories. Coaxed by a colleague to join the local library, she challenged herself to read three novels cover to cover in two weeks. Succeeding, she became hooked on reading fiction. Shortly after, her maverick, younger sister gained a pen-pal - an American millionaire who lived in Europe. From the hundreds of letters he sent, they wrote their first romantic novel.
Another colleague introduced her to Harlequin Mills & Boon Romances. After reading many of the various imprints, the Presents/ Sexy/ Desire/ Blaze were deemed her favourites and her journey to craft wild, sensual romances from first encounter to happy ever after began.
A prolific writer, Natalia also enjoys penning screenplays for movies, television and the web. Sci-Fis, Rom-Coms, Bromances and Murder Mysteries are her favourites.
Natalia is a qualified Diamond Light Practitioner, Reiki Master and Psychic Counsellor. She now lives with her husband, transgender daughter, son and dog, Penny Reiki Master.
